  6.       Feature added to allow sysop to specify time period to allow
  7.       300 baud callers into the system.  If the board is closed to all
  8.       300 baud callers, this time span is ignored.  If the board is
  9.       open to 300 baud, the sysop can set the start and end time to
  10.       allow access.  The program correctly compensates for the midnight
  11.       time period transition.

  16.       easier protection of the sysop's private download files.
